The Organizing Teacher will submit any requests in writing. If the dietary need or allergy is medically required, the participant will need to submit a doctor note with the registration form.

When we receive the form(s), we update our operators in the foreign country.


Additionally, review and follow the below preparations:

• The student participant and the Organizing Teacher should carry a copy of the information in Spanish specifying the foods that can and cannot be consumed.
• Be prepared to remind staff after arrival (Guides, hotels/homestay family and any provider supplying the meal).
• Carry pre-packaged food items or cash to purchase food/special meals directly, if necessary.
