Enrollment: Early access enrollment is open now until February 14, 2024 or once capacity is reached. -Submit enrollment forms, waivers & releases, a valid passport copy, and non-refundable, non-transferable $500 deposits for you and your travel companions. Only checks are accepted. Enrollment Form Waiver & Release - Write 'YUCATAN' on the top of your enrollment form, and if you will stay with a family or in the hotel in MERIDA. - Interact will advise when received and if your enrollment has been accepted. - Additional payments due: $325 (April 15), $325 (May 15), balance due (June 15). All dates listed are in the 2024 calendar year. Payment by check or online with credit card are accepted. - Non-refundable & non-transferable amounts are as outlined on p.13 of the Agreement & Release (Preguntas). - Third party travel protection, which includes a cancel for any reason (CFAR) add on option, can be purchased here. Travel protection is not required, but strongly recommended. Currently CFAR must be purchased within 21 days of initial trip deposit through the linked policy.
